More Research

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRJolK9t9PA
A link to a youtube programme called "The Moors Murders Code" about Ian Brady and Myra Hindley and their arrest, their life, their relationship and how they found the bodies of the children. This was also what gave me some of the ideas to what we could use in our performance.

Stimulus

Our stimulus for our site is this painting of Myra Hindley made out of children's hand-prints by Marcas Harvey.
We thought this would be a really effective and moving stimulus as it gives us a lot to work with and is extremely relatable to the site.

Secondary Research

Some images I found to do with our site as inspiration for our work.

We're focusing on the hand-prints on the walls and deciding to do a piece revolved around that and what they symbolises/represent.

Memories of the Site

Emily is in our group and she was part of the group that painted the wall with handprints and she remembers it being really fun and having a laugh with the other students who all painted it. She said she has lots of happy memories of the site and what it means to her.

Research

This is the site which we are using for our performance. We are using the handprints on the wall as our inspiration for our stimulus.
